Our Covenant

Heart Whispers Healing Arts operates from a single foundational truth: your data is your sovereignty. We are stewards, not owners, of the information you share within this Sanctuary. What you bring here belongs to you — fully, irrevocably, and completely.

This policy governs how we handle personal data collected through heartwhispers.life and the Sanctuary membership platform, in compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws.

What We Collect & Why

We collect only what is necessary to hold your journey:

Identity data — your name and email, to create and protect your Sanctuary access.

Journey data — your journal reflections, somatic entries, and progress markers. This data exists solely to serve your transformation.

Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session data for security and platform functionality.

Payment data — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

We do not sell, trade, or lease your data to third parties. Ever.

Legal Basis (GDPR & UK GDPR)

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

Contract — to deliver the 33-day Sanctuary journey you have purchased.

Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security and send essential service communications.

Consent — for optional communications, cookies, and marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Your Sovereign Rights

You hold full dominion over your data. Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you have the right to:

Access — download a complete export of everything you have shared.

Rectification — correct any inaccurate data we hold.

Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data.

Portability — receive your journey data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Objection — object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests.

We use only essential cookies required for the platform to function and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how our Sanctuary is used. You are presented with a clear choice on your first visit. You may change your preferences at any time by contacting us or clearing your browser data.

Data Retention

We retain your journey data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

International Transfers

Our platform infrastructure is hosted within the EU and USA. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure your data remains protected to GDPR standards.
